Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LynxAudit platform and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

LynxAudit provides AI visibility auditing tools that analyse how businesses appear in responses from AI assistants including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. Results are informational only and based on queries run at a specific point in time. AI responses may vary, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@lynxaudit.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond your intended use.
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or to harm third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.

7. Intellectual property

LynxAudit retains all rights to the platform, its code, design, and content. You retain ownership of any data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data to deliver the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI audit results will be accurate, complete, or current. AI responses are generated by third-party systems outside our control. LynxAudit is not responsible for decisions made based on audit results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynxAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
