What is llms.txt?
llms.txt is an emerging standard for telling AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) which pages on your website are the canonical entry points. It's essentially robots.txt for the AI era — except instead of telling crawlers what NOT to visit, you tell them what your site is about and where the important pages live.
The file lives at the root of your domain (yoursite.com/llms.txt), is written in plain markdown, and uses a simple structure: a title, a one-line description, and grouped lists of links to your key pages.
